At RainbowFox, our mission is to support and empower LGBTIQ+ refugees, asylum seekers, and forcibly displaced individuals in the Czech Republic. We believe that every person deserves to live in safety, dignity, and freedom—regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or country of origin.

Employment
Employment is an essential part of daily life. If your residence permit grants unrestricted access to the labor market, you are free to work for any employer. Otherwise, you must meet specific requirements to apply for certain jobs.
Health Care
In the Czech Republic, public health insurance is mandatory for citizens, individuals granted international or subsidiary protection, and asylum seekers. Upon applying for international protection, asylum seekers are automatically enrolled in the public health insurance system.
